Neurodiverent humans are 20% of the population and struggle with employment despite relevant skills.  Many of those neurodivergent skills match insurance jobs that repel neurotypical brains .

We know neurodivergent adults can excel in insurance and want to replicate and scale that success through awareness, jobs, and advocacy.
